This Privacy Policy describes how BiznyAI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our multi-tenant messaging and commerce platform (the “Service”), including integrations with Meta platforms such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram messaging, and Facebook Page publishing.

1. Who we are
BiznyAI provides software for businesses to manage customer conversations, automation, product catalogs, orders, and related storefront experiences.

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
- Account data — name, email address, password (hashed), business / tenant details, and role within a workspace.
- Billing & plan data — subscription tier, usage metrics, and payment-related records needed to operate the Service.
- Messaging & inbox data — messages, comments, sender profile identifiers, conversation metadata, and attachments exchanged through connected channels (for example Facebook Messenger or Instagram) so your team can reply and automate workflows.
- Integration credentials — tokens and IDs required to connect Meta Pages and related APIs (stored securely and used only to provide the integration).
- Commerce data — products, orders, leads, customer contact details you enter or capture through the Service, and storefront activity where enabled.
- Technical data — IP address, device/browser type, logs, and diagnostic events used for security, reliability, and support.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service for your workspace.
- Deliver omnichannel inbox, AI/automation replies, lead capture, catalog sync, and order workflows.
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and secure accounts and integrations.
- Communicate about product updates, support, and account notices.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Meta / Facebook platform data
When you connect a Facebook Page or related Meta product, we receive data that Meta makes available through its APIs (subject to the permissions you grant). This may include Page identity, messaging content, sender identifiers, and publishing or insights data needed for features you enable.
We use Meta platform data only to provide the features you requested. We do not sell this data. Your use of Meta products is also governed by Meta’s own terms and policies.
5. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that host infrastructure, email, analytics, or AI processing on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. and related APIs when you connect and use Meta integrations.
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Workspace owners control which team members can access tenant data inside the Service.
6. Retention
We retain account, conversation, commerce, and integration data for as long as your workspace remains active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. When you close an account or submit a valid deletion request, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security/audit purposes.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and restricted handling of integration secrets. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please protect your login credentials and Page access tokens.
8. Your rights & choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
- Access or correct personal information we hold about you.
- Delete personal information (see our Data Deletion instructions).
- Disconnect Meta integrations from your workspace settings.
- Export or remove workspace data where the product supports it.

9. Children
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
