These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the BiznyAI platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
We provide software tools for messaging inbox, automation, AI-assisted replies, product catalogs, orders, storefronts, and related integrations (including Meta / Facebook Messenger and Instagram where enabled). Features may vary by plan.
2. Accounts & workspaces
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite to your tenant workspace.
- You must be authorized to connect any Facebook Page, Instagram account, or other third-party service you link to the platform.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws, Meta policies, or third-party rights.
- Send spam, scam, or abusive messages through connected channels.
- Attempt to access other tenants’ data or interfere with platform security.
- Reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the Service except as allowed by law.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, products, branding, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and process that content, including customer conversations obtained through Meta integrations.
5. Third-party services
Integrations with Meta and other providers are subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or permission errors originating from third-party platforms.
6. Plans, billing & trials
Paid plans, usage limits, and trials are described on our pricing pages or in your workspace. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. We may suspend access for unpaid invoices or policy violations.
7. Availability & changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may modify features, APIs, or these Terms with notice where reasonable. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate; you remain responsible for business decisions and customer communications.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or create risk for the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Data deletion instructions are available at /data-deletion.
