This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for BiznyAI subscription plans (the “Service”).
1. Subscription billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel from your workspace billing settings or contact us.
2. Refund eligibility
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law.
- If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan, or technical billing failure on our side), contact us within 14 days and we will review and correct the charge where appropriate.
- Message top-ups and one-time add-ons are non-refundable after delivery or activation.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless we suspend the account for policy or payment reasons.
4. Free trials & promotions
Trial or promotional pricing terms are shown at signup. When a trial ends, the selected paid plan may begin automatically unless you cancel before the trial expires.
5. Payment disputes
Payments processed through SSLCommerz or other gateways are subject to their dispute processes as well. Please email us first so we can resolve billing questions quickly.
